RACE NOTES:
  Johnny Mackison, Jr. drove to victory during the 1991 All Star sanctioned Selinsgrove National Open. Kenny Jacobs finished second, while 1991 All Star champion Frankie Kerr was third. The 1991 Selinsgrove Speedway track title went to Fred Rahmer, his second in a row. Rahmer would later take a third points championship in 2004.
