RACE NOTES:
  Steve Kinser took the feature win at Attica Raceway Park and went on to record the 1990 World of Outlaws points title. The race at Attica was the first of a three day swing through Ohio for the World of Outlaws, with the series racing the next day at Fremont Speedway and concluding at Millstream Speedway.
