RACE NOTES:
Millstream Speedway was a half-mile dirt track just outside of Findlay, Ohio. The speedway ran on Sunday nights during 1989, playing host to the World of Outlaws and All Stars during the season. The track was part of Eldora Enterprises, which crowned Jack Hewitt as its champion.
